Paul is a treasure. He is endlessly patient, uncommonly kind, and remarkably generous with his time. We must have visited three dozen homes together, and he never tried to push us to do anything we weren't completely comfortable with. He is knowledgable about the Richmond area market, has lived here his entire life, and has a wonderful range of contacts in the industry. He made buying a home in a difficult market feel hopeful and enjoyable. His recommendations for other services--closing agents, lenders, and more--are always spot-on. He answers calls and messages and requests for information promptly, even at night or on the weekends. He's enthusiastic about his work, has a great sense of humor, and wants to know you as a person, not just as a client. Put simply, he is just a good person. Work with Paul! You won't regret it.

Providing a review of the sellers agent is a first for me but one that I thought was necessary. Paul represented the sellers for our recent purchase of a home in Midlothian. My wife found Paul to be very accessible and helpful. Several times we needed access to the home for designers and he made it happen. He walked us thru not only the home but pointed out unique features that we most likely, would have overlooked. During our final walk through, Paul showed us features we would have missed and once the home was sold, we would have been confused on where to locate them. Things such as the telecom closet, and certain light switches that were not very visible and how to access certain areas of the home. His buyer even provided a list of vendors and contact information for us! Paul, made the home purchase entirely collaborative and not adversarial which helped make the decision to purchase, as well as the process, very smooth and uneventful.

I have been a custom home builder for four decades. I have worked with many realtors over my years. Paul is by far the best. My wife and I asked him to list our home and he did a wonderful job. Paul is very knowledgeable about his business. He stayed in touch with us and kept us aware of everything throughout the process. We had several contracts that he helped us navigate.
